CHRISTMAS…There, we said it. You might think it premature for us to be bringing it up but the truth is it’s just around the corner and if you’re looking to create truly special items for Christmas then now is the time to start planning.

This process usually begins with a discussion. Inspiration can come from anywhere; a photograph or painting you like, a theme or style you’re interested in, a particular printing process you’re impressed by – the job for us is to take this idea and mould it into a printed product that is every bit as special as the original idea you had in your head. We’ve found that the season brings out a great creative spirit in people and over the years this has led us to produce some of our best and most interesting pieces of work.

We cater to all budgets but if you’re looking to create a Christmas card or party invitation that is as much a gift as it is a card then there are a lot of possibilities available to create something of a higher, luxury level. In addition if you represent a company then more often than not something special is a necessity in order to keep in relation to the brand.

Being a design, service and print company we also like to go that extra mile with our Christmas mailers and we’re currently in the final stages of something very exciting for the not-too-far away festive period. Unfortunately this will be kept tightly under wraps until we send them out so we can’t give away any spoilers, but if you’re looking wet your whistle for the time being then here’s an example of last years multi-level die-cut and duplexed Christmas star mailer.

It’s fantastic if you’ve become inspired by something and you decide you want to create items with the same luxury aesthetic as the above images, but the key is to allow yourself the time to create it. These brilliant and wonderful examples of work are never an overnight occurrence and the truth is you will end up with a far superior end result if you take into the account the key preparation time that is needed.  Plus, once you have that out the way then there’s much more time for actually enjoying the season and having a party!
