Table Plans and Table Number cards

Table plans and number cards are crucial practical tools which can help enormously in the smooth running of your wedding day. There is nothing worse than lots of guests walking around not knowing at which table to sit!

Our Table Plans are usually A2 size (594 x 420mm) ideal for placing onto an easel or stand for easy viewing by guests. These can be colour digitally printed with the table layout and guest names, with a matt laminate coating to prevent any glare from lights, they are then mounted onto 5mm Foamboard for rigidity but still remain light to carry.

The Table Number/Name cards are printed in the same way but are smaller in size, usually about A5 size (210 x 148mm), these can be printed with large bold numbers or Table names in a colour to match your wedding stationery. They are again mounted to 5mm Foamboard to make them ideal for inserting into metal card stands normally available from your reception venue.
